Infant – K

Promised Land Preschool (Birth – Kindergarten)

We strive to establish an environment of love and safety while teaching Preschoolers about who Jesus is and how much God loves us and all our friends through establishing a strong Biblical foundation.

The Promised Land Preschool meets at the Sooner Theatre Dance Studio, located at 227 E. Main St.. Children are checked-in at the blue booth and given a wristband and name tag. Parents will also receive a corresponding wristband with the same number as their child. Should a parent need to be contacted during the service, the number will be flashed on the screen in the main service.

The infants can be checked in upstairs at the Sooner Theatre were the adults meet each Sunday..

Each volunteer who works in the Promised Land Preschool fills out a screening packet and undergoes a background check prior to working with the children. We have a training luncheon for all new volunteers twice a year in order to make sure they understand the procedures and guidelines that Antioch Kids functions under. Our goal is to create a safe environment for the kids and the workers and be above reproach in all that we do!

What Sunday mornings look like:

On Sunday mornings the Preschoolers interact in a fun and safe environment where they learn about the stories of the Bible. Each week the children have ‘Big Time story time,’ which includes a Bible story and live worship. Next kids go back to their classroom and participate in a creative activity to give them a hands-on understanding of the Bible story. There is also time to have fun with our friends during snack time, jumping on our own moon bounce, and learning to interact and love our friends like Jesus loves us. Every four weeks we have a “Remember and Celebrate” day where we remember all the stories we learned over the last month and celebrate what God did!

Be sure to pick up the HomeFront Weekly take-home sheet which will allow you and your family to explore next week’s lesson together!
