Chris grew up in Richardson, TX and was a graduate of Baylor University in 2002. He has been married to his best friend and the love of his life, Julie, for 11 years. His treasures are his three mighty men of God; Beau, Nate and Brooks and his beautiful princess, Joy. Chris spent four years in youth and college ministry in Waco and then served as a college pastor in Norman from 2005-06. In 2007, Chris and Julie moved back to Waco to attend Antioch Training School under the leadership of Antioch Community Church of Waco. God called Chris and Julie to establish a church-planting movement. With a deep love for the city of Norman and for the University of Oklahoma, God led the Bennett’s back to plant a church that would equip and release people to impact the world. Chris has a passion to share and show the love of God with everyone he comes into contact with and to see people come to know fullness in Jesus.
